1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AppVexis Labs and its tools (including Noise Remover), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Permitted Use and Media Ownership
You retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over all audio, video, and multimedia content that you upload to AppVexis Labs. You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to process such media.
3. Prohibited Content
You agree not to use AppVexis Labs to process, store, or transmit illegal, infringing, harassing, or deceptive content, or media intended to cause harm, bypass security controls, or violate applicable laws.
4. Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions
AppVexis Labs operates on an integer microcredit usage model. One credit equals one minute of validated source audio or video. Subscriptions are billed through Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Unused paid credits roll over up to twice the plan's monthly allowance.
5. Service Availability and Limits
Noise Remover enforces a maximum file size limit of 1 GB and maximum duration limit of 2 hours per file. Processing time is dependent on source complexity, server capacity, and queue priority.
