1. Overview and Core Philosophy
AppVexis Labs is built on a zero-exploitation privacy model. We do not use customer media to train machine learning models, sell user information to data brokers, or store audio/video recordings longer than necessary to deliver your processed results.
2. Data We Collect and Process
We collect only the minimum data required to deliver reliable web services:
- Identity Data: Basic profile info provided via Google OIDC authentication (Google ID, email address, and display name).
- Media Uploads: Audio and video files uploaded for noise removal. Files are uploaded via short-lived signed capabilities directly to private R2 storage.
- Billing Records: Subscriptions, credit transactions, and invoices managed securely via Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record.
- System Telemetry: Anonymized operational metrics, processing job state transitions, and server response times.
3. Ephemeral Processing and Storage
Noise Remover processes media inside isolated, containerized GPU execution environments. Output files are made available via short-lived signed URLs and automatically expire according to our data retention schedule.
4. User Rights and Data Deletion
Users may request full account deletion at any time through the workspace settings. Deletion permanently erases all active sessions, stored job records, and associated media from our active databases.
