What does one credit equal?
One credit = one minute of source audio or video. We calculate exact duration in milliseconds — a 2 min 15 sec clip costs 2.25 credits, not 3. No rounding up.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate (up to 28% off). Your credits refresh every month on your billing date — same monthly allowance, lower total price.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused paid credits carry forward each month, up to 2× your monthly allowance. Starter caps at 1,000, Pro at 3,000, Studio at 14,000.
What if processing fails or I cancel a job?
Credits are reserved when a job starts and released immediately if it fails or you cancel. You only spend credits on successfully completed processing.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
